Mind : The Madhouse

Mind is a madhouse:

ever noticed your thought streams, flowing through 100 lands in just 10 minutes. no single thought being processed for even 5 minutes, but then always lurking in the shadows, coming to the fore every 5 minutes or so. all past pains, future fears, guilts, memories, all churning the mind, whenever without any external preoccupation, or alone. leave a man alone for a week in a room with nothing to engage the mind, and there is half a chance of him going off the rocker.
its like a powerful speedster. very fast but without any steering. you will be zooming very fast, but going in all directions and hardly getting anywhere. same here. thats why we in possession of something as mighty as our mind, get bogged down by it, instead of benefiting from its unimaginable strength.
So 1. Mind is supremely powerful. its powers beyond limits of body. its eye reaches all spaces and time. all mysteries are revealed to a mind that is still.
2. Mind is always moving or rather flutterin, due to which causes stress and pain and forgeys its immense power as well as its prime aim.
So stilling the mind is the mammoth task.
Allrighty then, lets get on the job!
