The Choice to be happy!
A choice to be happy
yes, there is a choice to be happy, though we remain unaware of it. Yes, it is possible for each of us to be happy and yes, the choice is ours. Let us see how to exercise the choice. To be happy, first of all make your parents happy, make ur wife happy, treat your childrem well, be good to nighbours, friends and collegues and in a very short time there will be little to complaint about. It will be altogether a new life.
Next thing, sit down, think and note what are your wants in life and what are your needs. An accomodation is a need. A house of own is a want and a sprawling bungalow is a sheer, naked desire and desires are endless and unsatiable. They grow, grow and grow till beoynd your any means. To avoid the murderous traps of desire be clear what are your needs, wants and desires. You may also make concentric circles and of needs, wants and desires, needs being the innermost, wantsnext and desires the biggest. Once this exercise is over, You will be Surprised to find that there actually is very little that you need and a mountain of difficult, costly desires. The way is to work your way outwards from the circle of the needs. As good food is a need, eating out is a want and five star lunch a dezire. Work your way out and find happiness in your mind and heart. May your heart be at bliss.
