Chase of Inner Peace!

After chasing inner peace for decades, one day one found that inner peace was already one's natural state, and all one needed to do to return to this state was to drop all worries of future and sorrows of past ,all issues one had picked up ,all through my life, against one and all, just dropping everything! Just that!

From a stressed to a free mind!

 The moment one realizes that one is not the director of the cosmic play playing across ages but just a part actor with some scenes as per script, he is free of most of stresses and anxieties.

Then comes the observer perspective. observer of self , own moods, own reactions, own misbehaviours and deviations, then awareness of the building up, then awareness of the factors, then the status, then of the choice of responses, then freedom .
