The shortest way to be sad, miserable, angry, disaatisfied, depressed, melancholy and poor health:
1. Trust no one. Doubt the motive behind every action and every word of every friend, relative or everyone.
2. Have a very good memory. Remember very clearly every sad moment, each loss, each defeat and every painful moment. Remember every hurting action and word of every one very clearly.
3. Have an utmost negative, pessimistic, and hopeless outlook of future.
4. Be very rigid in your beliefs and believe only your beliefs, thoughts and way of life to be true and right.
5. Always justify your action to be flawless and question the motive of others, when in contradiction.
6. Never extend the first step in relationships. Only react as per your perception of others actions.
7. Never Forgive, never forget.
The way to Bliss:
Simply do none of the above!
